HOSTEL FACILITY Available for Boys and Girls Separately Visit Here Roles & Responsibilities To conduct meetings with the faculty members and student members to discuss various issues related to the maintenance of the hostel To record and circulate the minutes of every meeting among Faculty and Student members To maintain the minutes of the meetings and submit the copy of the same to the Principal To cater to the immediate minor requirements in the hostel by talking to the Management and Principal To ensure discipline among the inmates of the hostel To promote cooperation amongst hostel inmates To have a check on the quality of food To ensure proper maintenance of the Hostel premises Faculty Member: Has to bring any issue to the notice of the convener and discuss the seriousness of the issue. Has to gather facts about the issue raised by students Has to counsel students in case of home sickness Has to come up with alternative courses of actions Has to facilitate the implementation of the decision taken by the committee. Student Member: To ensure that the inmates feel free to discuss hostel issues , if any To interact regularly with the hostel inmates about the maintenance of the hostel To bring issues or complaints to the notice of the faculty member concerned To intimate the inmates about the meetings of the hostel committee and see that they assemble
